By accessing or using ExamClever ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including students, teachers, and parents.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ExamClever independently. Students under 13 may use the Service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement or have obtained the required consent.

Boon is an AI-powered assistant and, like all AI, can make mistakes. Answers provided by Boon are for educational guidance only and should always be verified with your teacher, textbook, or other authoritative sources — especially for board exam preparation. ExamClever is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by NCERT, CBSE, IB, or any educational board. See our Disclaimer Page for full details.
The Free plan is free forever with stated limitations. Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. All payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied — contact us at support@examclever.com. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers. Beta Founding plan members will retain their pricing for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
ExamClever's platform, design, code, branding, and "Boon" character are owned by us and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. The educational content generated by Boon in response to your questions belongs to you for personal learning use. You may not republish, redistribute, or commercialize Boon's responses without written permission.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to misuse the platform. In case of termination due to violation, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
ExamClever is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, 100% accuracy of AI responses, or that using ExamClever will improve your exam scores. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamClever's liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably — contact us first at support@examclever.com.
We will notify users of material changes by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
